Because it’s on every rendition he’s done from what I’ve seen and if it was a mistake, a pro like Colm would’ve been able to fix it. And the Bb still fits in w the music.

I always enjoy these videos Mr. Golightly. I always wondered... Do you use sheetmusic to determine these notes? Or do you perhaps have the elusive perfect pitch? Keep up the good work, sir!

Thank you hun 💜 It depends. I first sing the note (if it's ridiculously high then in a lower octave) to check. And usually that gives me like an area (let's say between B/C). Then I check the key the music is in (if it's available) and do more tests/checks. Let's say the key was in C Minor (C, D, E♭, F, G, A♭, B♭) Then C was the answer. Usually the top note is the correct one. Did that maked sense? 😂

I've played guitar for most of my life... but if I try to sing, the building gets condemned and a national emergency is declared. 😂 I'm really impressed... have you done any of your own music or covers?
