For the sweet comments regarding lark, I still have her! She lives with my mom who lives in my guest house in LA. Lark is VERY active and she’s a great companion for my mom who hikes all the time and keeps her company 🤍 she is so happy and very loved!!!

Oh my gosh I'm super excited to see the grand reveal! That little peek of the wallpaper and paint is so pretty! I don't wear much green but love it in interior space. From what I could see the wallpaper and green paint looked so elevated together. I think your designs have a knack for being sophisticated yet very homey. Wallpaper always scares me because I think it'll turn out gaudy or kitschy. I just don't have a natural eye for design like you. 💕

The puppies sure are cute but I can't imagine how any neighbours in a 1/4 mile radius put up with that squealing! And I admire Joey for dealing with all the poop - especially the morning scene always freaks me out 😅. He has such a big heart for taking care of all the foster litters.
