If the context is a real business case study, the answer depends on several factors like the scope of the project, the significance of the project and the amount of resources you wish to dedicate to the analysis. For academic case studies, one would need to use the information provided to analyse and come up with external factors. So the answer would need to be derived from the limited info provided.
