This is exactly the content I asked for, you are listening to your audience, thank you! ❤ I love seeing the different setups of pros, helps me stay interested. Most interesting to me is how many pros don't have that perfect posture which to me just looks and feels ridicilously uncomfortable.

Hmm, i really need to practise getting my wrist more involved again... been mostly aiming with very low sensitivity using my entire shoulder - seems to work great for snaps but makes me struggle with tracking.

Hard to say. I need to ask some of the players I work with what kind of desks they use at VCT. I know ther ehave been some cases where they actually allowed for modified desk heights I'll get back to you

Just wondering, but what's the point of breaking down his mouse grip? There's countless videos of pro aim trainers and coaches that emphasize that comfort and adaptability. Imo, this video just causes the common issue of overthinking mouse grip. There's no point of saying % of tension he is using. Only thing that matters is that tension = shaky aim. No hate or negativity intended! Just super passionate about aiming 😊

Because people are interested, people do lots of research on pointless things and a lot of it is fascinating.
@1HP4 ай бұрын
Heyo!! The main reason is that when we work with a few gamers with wrist pain, how they hold the mouse / sens / aiming style influence the muscular activity of their wrist & hand. Often times we have to help them understand why their specific grip and aiming style lead to overuse of their muscles. They dont' have to change the grip or aiming style, but instead need to know how to strengthen those muscles to avoid injury. So for these videos we want to help gamers understand what the biomechanical implications are so they can avoid pain :)
@1HP4 ай бұрын
BUT also understand if there are actual some biomechanical advantages to movement (See the zywoo grip one I made)

Why dont you mention Aspas' raised shoulder? It looks super dangerous.
@1HP4 ай бұрын
I was debating including it, but I looked at quite a few angles of him playing over the years and it seems it is not a consistent posture he assumes. In most cases he keeps his shoulders pretty relaxed probably 20% of the videos I saw had some slight shoulder elevaiton
@iqflash7553 ай бұрын
@@1HP I'm late to replying, but when I watch Aspas I always notice that he always has a shrugged shoulder, unless he is awping. When he awps, he stretches his elbow further away from the body. I find that very interesting.
