Ik you posted this a year ago, now you are a sophomore, congrats! It's pretty easy to hit the last note if you know how to growl. Simply put there are four ways to go lower in a style point of view. First off, growling, then vocal fry, then subharmonic, there is the obvious choice of your chest being just that low. Your vocal cords are a muscle just train them to hit lower notes, but practice growling, vocal fry, and subharmonics on your own time.

@devinosland237 жыл бұрын
Vexurath here, Tim probably uses subharmonics which can make it easier to sing lower and make notes below your chest range sound good, however, when you go as low as he did, it is very hard to distinguish between subharmonics and a vocal fry. This was definitely not a growl however, growls are much scarier. 😨
@josecoronax40337 жыл бұрын
Devin Osland pretty sure it was a growl
@iepineapple7 жыл бұрын
Subharmonics have a much more glottal sound, or a stronger sound. This was Vocal Growl, which is technically falsetto, but anyways you can tell by the breathy-ness of the note, and how quiet the actual pitch is.
@Liloldliz7 жыл бұрын
That's really interesting, thanks for writing it out. I always think of falsetto as being very high and unsupported, it's weird to think of the low ranges being "falsetto" as well. Cool!

When the bass is so good that even your bass boosted headphones can't handle it. Is it just a special effect or is Tim's voice shaking the camera on that last note?
@ralphcobb66703 жыл бұрын
It’s shaking the camera, no special effect.
@photography.naturally57603 жыл бұрын
Agreed it seems like that. My voice is pretty low, and when I hit lower (nothing near this) notes, my world literally shimmers...the vibrations carry through my bones and make the world shake, so if you’re listening in headphones, I would imagine it would create some of that same effect. Mostly on his penultimately lowest note, not the last one. It doesn’t vibrate the same way without the resonance. But still..jaw=floor
