Hooper broke the record for most prize money earned in competition this year. But he deserves much more

A lot of great moments, saw you in the behind the scenes at OSG supporting Loz and helping out. Love that you don’t let the prestige change who you are. Thank you for being such an inspiration.

I just want to say that the video from.the back of the log press at the Rogue shows that his lockouts weren't bad at all.

For me it was the iron bull: you learned from watching the other guys, dug deep, and broke the trend of the group.

Didn’t start watching till later in the year but my favorite part was seeing the training leading into shaw, that log press pb video seemed pretty epic and it’s cool to see the effort people are putting in to be their best at whatever it is they do.

You have had an incredible year indeed. My favorite moment was you completing the stones at WSM as that win changed your life as you said. What is equally impressive to me is how much effort you have put into leveraging that win ( and your subsequent wins) into as much as humanly possible. A true self made success story!

Incredible year! Thanks for the video Favorite performance of yours was at the log at Rogue. Knew the victory was probably off if you got 7 or 8 reps so to see you get the last one especially having read the rules was great

What I have noticed is you always talk about it feeling good at competition days. Meaning you did a really good job at recovering before the show. I am wondering, what do you usually do in the week or weeks leading up to a show in terms of recovering? Do you do deloads, just don't go to the gym at all, do sauna's etc. What do you do to maximize the recovery aspects to reach that 'feel good' moment on showdays

I really like that idea of 1000 lbs for 20m being the "100m sprint" for strongman

I would love to see you and Mateusz train together. If someone can figure out his "weakness" and fix it, it would probably be you. Also you two seem on almost the exact opposite of the spectrum based on personality.........but remarkably similar in weird abilities. I know it seems weird to ask a strongman to figure out how to fix something for the competitor. Fuck it. lol.

Practicing deadlift variations from the floor do not help your lockout.... Mitch you're a smart guy, but that's incorrect.
