But now that I'm older and have my blood pressure perfect, I want to take the flying a helicopter off my bucket list. I have watched tons of videos. I really wish I had the funds to buy your machine. Again love what you do God bless you and sky's the limit!!

Interesting helmet, I ended up getting one of the HGU-56/P helmets from our supply officer after he raided drmo while i was in Semback on detachment. Wasn't sure where you got ahold of the face shield but would be a huge plus. If i just had a use for it, full scale aircraft just didn't work into the budget...

Careful, the legit helmet is ~$2,000...the ones you see under $400 are replicas made in China and could be marketed as legitimate. With motorcycle helmets, the rule of thumb is you never cheap out on it, take that into account.
@MitchG3 жыл бұрын
Meh, I'd buy the cheap one. It's mostly there to hold ear cups and keep bugs out of my eyes. If I have to rely on this helmet to save my life, I'm probably going to be dead anyway 🙃

Hi there, just wondering what your views are on 4 stroke motors? Keep safe🤘
@MitchG3 жыл бұрын
I dont have any experience with 4stroke ppg motors but my opinion is they are just added complexity and weight with very little benefit. Yes they are more fuel efficient but out of all the pilots I know, none of them fill their tanks up all the way anyway which means they dont need a more efficient engine. Id rather keep the cost down and fly a 2stroke.

What would you say this the best wing for speed and safety?
@MitchG4 жыл бұрын
If you prefer speed and safety in trade for efficiency, look at the sky zorro, itv piper, paramania gtx or maybe even a dudek solo/ universal, ozone roadster in a smaller heavy loaded size. Those wings are safe and fast if flown at heavier wing loadings. The tradeoff is your climb rate will suffer slightly and you will need to really run on takeoff

Pick your favorite wing in that class for the features it has like trimmers, brake toggles, quick bags and price.

Best way to get out to an LZ from the car with gear, mostly. I mean, it’s that, or walk. You can’t really use a bike or a skateboard with gear and over grass and bumps in the field. Also, launching from a OneWheel or EUC is a special kind of fun.

@commentcrafter41583 жыл бұрын
I don't mean any percived unfriendlieness, lets go flying!!!
@MitchG3 жыл бұрын
@@commentcrafter4158 the only reason my prop touched the net was because I modified the spacers that came with the frame. It was my fault, not the motors. Also, a prop can cut any net except for a steel cable which would be ridiculously for a paramotor. The net is only there to keep brake toggles, throttle cables, or other loose items from going through. To prevent your body from reaching the prop, always start the motor on your back.
