I never fail to learn something. Even if it is not the subject of the video. Thank you for your videos.

I wish there was a better guide to saw perfectly vertically. For those of us who aren't as skilled at sawing as you are. Or don't have a Woodpecker's square handy. I do but still. Thanks, great video. Would you do one on how to set up those planes of yours?

Hi sedge. Would you consider doing a video on the proper way festool change the splinter guards on the rails. Iv had a festool tracksaw for a long long time with many rails and iv have varying result when it comes to replacing the splinter guards. Silly and simple but sometimes i can be a pain especially if you dont have acetone on hand. Cheers

Hi Sedge, love your work and love your teaching methods. Sorry for the unrelated question, maybe you could do a video on it; tongue and grooving. I am installing 18mm timber floors and was hoping to tongue and groove them myself to save some cash. Is this too ambitious? I have a Festool OF1400 + guide, grooving jig, tracks etc. as well as an MFT table.

wow... That is ambitious...... I have made T&G before but for ceiling panels and I used the Festool CMS system.... a router table is a must..... There was no money saved due to the time invested ... If I had a choice I would have purchased. the T&G ...... we used wood from their farm so it was a must do....

Great video! Is there any reason why you couldn't make separate guide cuts for two or three saws along the length of the miter box since you are only doing 90-degree cuts?
