Good one Dean . Good thing Mr Bozo likes the Northern Hemisphere cooler weather ! If you get bored you can look at the super complicated calculation to see how your angle you are trying to grind changes to a compound angle as soon as you tilt that table to give clearance !!! Or you can cheat & use the sharpie marker & adjust until the line is parallel to the cutting edge ! Cheers .

That is a cool idea to have assorted miter gauges set for various angles so you can just quickly touch up the tool bits. I like it, might have to steal - er - "borrow" the idea, lol!

Hope you and you family had an enjoyable holiday. Great video I'm all about gauges and guides. Thanks for including the Bozo moments I never would have thought about a resharpened end mill being slightly under sized. Looking forward to episode 2.

Looking good Dean. No bozo there, it just needed some finishing massaging . Looking forward to part two. Hope you and your family had a great Christmas. I hope you also put in for my drawing. It’s not too late. Gary

Just thinking out loud here: Wondering instead of making several different gauges just make one with an adjustable fence?
