This was great. I have a mitochondria problem. This helped me a lot. Also, Dr. Kalish is a really sweet guy. COq10, oxygen, magnesium got it!

Awesome video as always👍 Thank you Sarah & Matt.😘😘 I wonder how many mg of Co Q10 we need/day. Could you tell me? Thanks😊
@GoodnessLover4 жыл бұрын
Hi, Vera! When we previously interviewed Dr. Kalish for our docuseries, "The Healing Key," he recommended taking 100-200 mg of CoQ10 daily.

The most important part of brain is heart and the most important part of heart is brain . It's a two way communication and that communication determines how our cell,DNA, Mitochondria determines our life .

Awesome interview. I have been really fatigued all day. So Umbiquinona or umbiquinol type of coq10? Hi from Brasil.
@GoodnessLover4 жыл бұрын
Hi, Flavio! There are small, limited studies on this topic which indicate that ubiquinol is better absorbed and utilized by the body, whereas ubiquinone does not significantly raise blood CoQ10 levels.

Sad doctor didn't know about breathing and co2 benefits and couldn't explain properly why its good to hold up breath. Its very interesting.

Thanks for your message, Rasa! Can you tell us more about it?
@rasakora74954 жыл бұрын
@@GoodnessLover i couldn't find good article about it in english, but it has to be there if to look. We breathing too much and are hyperventilated. More we breath, less co2 in the blood, and more ozxigen, but this oxygen can't reach the cells, and this causing cell hypoxia. There was russian doctor who was treating many conditions, even cancer with breathing techniques. Cancer cells afraids of oxygen, so bringing oxygen to the cells kills it. His technique was to breath very shallow, and hold breath on exhale. You can see that many people can't hold breath on exhale mire like 15 sec. But if you exercising, inhale exhale hold, so u can reach 60 sec. Even in my country there was fat burning exercises based on such technique. You exhale, hold some muscle tense and oxygen goes to this part and burn fat. It was effctive.

Hey Goodness lover: I will have to completely disagree with the opinion, that most fatigue is based off of cellular energy and that the psychological components do not play a role! We who study physics, psychology and bio-mechanics know for a fact that psychosomatic illnesses are real and adrenal fatigue is more prevalent then Mitochondria fatigue! The Cortisol etc. is a greater factor than genetic mutations mt.dna. In fact we have scientific evidence that fasting help recycle the ion charges throughout the entire body, and allows the processes to rest which depends on oxidative and ATP energy to synthesize! and that last fact is to a degree.
@GoodnessLover4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the info, Jamal! Can you tell us more about the link between psychosomatic illnesses and adrenal fatigue?
@YahMalek7774 жыл бұрын
Yes. The studies of Psychosomatic illnesses, proves that the mental state dictates the physiological conditions i.e depression can impede the flow of serotonin; anxiety & fear can cause Cortisol to be release too often which results in Adrenal fatigue: the overworking of the adrenal glands. Now here is the thing About Mitochondria (mt.dna) MTDNA are battery packs introduce to man once they became subjected to mortality.... I'll let that sink in. Mitochondria depends on positive & negative in charges for their production, which is to produce ATP via Citric Acid Cycles, by way of Electron chambers. Now here is the understanding needed in all this JARGON: mtdna depends upon in charges to function, the cells have became depended upon the ATP, which the mtdna have been producing. Now here is the Truth of this Mystery dependency and necessity ! Meaning mt is not the powerhouse of the Cell!😬 it became the powerhouse of the cells, once the cursed came upon man which lead them to accept the illusion that need food (which is a program) to be energized! When all Actuality scientists known all the Body need is electrons & protons and thus electrolize water to thrive. The myth that you need to consume proteins that your cells can produce amino acids is trash! Your a product of God: Your nuclear operates like a computer it generates information based the Software and programs you feed it. That Is why The Bible say To Read: processing digesting through the eyes; Pray multidimensional communication, and Fast as often as possible: Fir this is the process of Transitioning your Spirit by way your Body into a new operating system, a Transformation of immortality!
