Sarah and Matt .. just to say that I am so grateful for these videos, I always look forward to them and they are all so informative and professionally done. I work with people (mainly from low income backgrounds) so to be able to pass on some of this amazing information and help improve myself too is so awesome - thankyou xx

@@GoodnessLover I think teenagers as a huge proportion of us have them. One of my daughters has a problem with face acne and and loads of families I come in contact with are expressing difficult challenges they are facing with trying to support their children through hormone changes, low moods, anxiety, low self esteem ect. GP's just say it's all normal behaviour but why should it be? .. what's really going on inside their bodies? Also, supplements are great and I have listened and read lots of stuff and there are plenty everywhere to buy! .. I have been asked what are the best ones to buy when you have very little money but want to try and have the best health. p.s when I was under a lot of stress a while back my GP prescribed anxiolytics and beta blockers to slow my heart and suggested anti-depressants... .. i couldn't take them and instead turned to books and you guys and now I have made so many life changes and feel great! thank you x

@@janewise988 thank you for sharing the great news about the improvements you've made in your health! It's an honour to share this journey with you! Also, thank you for sharing your insights regarding the teens in your life. The pandemic seems to be weighing especially hard on adolescents. We'd love to offer some hope and guidance for their parents and caretakers. Speaking of supplements, we have a brand new supplement line of our own. You can check it out here ~ goodnesslover.com/pages/store. Be sure to let us know what you think!

Thank you for this information 😊 so a salad with dark leafy greens, some protein and some citrus combination may help to activate serotonin. Also, there are many health gurus recommending fasting by not eating too late in the evening, to have as many hours of mini fasting is backfiring for some people. I have terrible tinnitus that makes it hard for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. Also, had kidney problems that wake me up, and estrogen drops at night. I found taking black cohosh helped me have better sleep, also trying activated charcoal seemed to help, a very darkened room, turn off all wifi, and electronics. Yes, I do have fibromyalgia. Thanks again.

Many thanks Sarah and Matt for bringing us this inspiring interview. The presentation is informative and highly motivating. God bless you, Dr. Murphree and so many others for your dedication to enabling us to understand our amazing constitution and the healing strategies that work with instead of against our rich natural endowment.

ive had sleep problems as long as i can remember. ive tried all otc, sleep meds, benzos, etc over the years which some worked for awhile until i built up tolerance or started having severe side effects. early this year i started l tryptophan 220mg and it seems to work for the most part. i take it with 1000mg magnesium bisglycinate and 3mg melatonin. i also eat a small bowl of rolled oats about 2 hours before bed. my sleep study i did 2 years ago said i didnt get into deep sleep at all, but now (according to my fitbit) im getting 1-2 hours of deep sleep a night on average and 7-8 hours overall. this has been relatively consistent since i started the l tryptophan. my mood has also improved substantially.

Joel Osteen is prosperity teacher. He does not know scripture. I would find another source of spiritual listening.
