Berries and most nuts are quite high in oxalates. When I went on a low oxalate diet my 30 year history of fibromyalgia and bladder pain went away. Problem with supplementing vitamin C is that what your body doesnt need is broken down into oxalates. When I stopped eating fiber and ate more saturated fat, my IBS with constipation went away. Cant do that either.

Thanks, that is good to know about vitamin C and oxalate. Blueberries and Macadamias are good low oxalate foods

From a perspective of a breast cancer patient battling the disease for just ober 20 years now, i found this quite interesting on how this may possible help me kick my mitochondria up a notch. I already practice the 3 pillars spoken about and have purchased a sauna and do additional red light therapy as well. This compound sounds very beneficial to have in the arsenal for cancer patients. I plan on looking into getting this.

I’m wondering if the expensive chemo drugs wipe out the potential use of this substance as antibiotics will do.
@GAKKIN5 ай бұрын
I have been using this for more than an year. I have realized a change in my recovery time after gym workouts and outdoor activities like hiking. My recovery got faster. For a certain hike I used to take 4 days to recover. After 6 months I realized I was recovering faster, maybe 2 to 2.5 days. The same hike now, I take just a day. While diet and sleep are major factors, this supplement definitely had contributed. When I originally started, they sold for $60 and sometimes less than $50 on sale. Now it’s gotten very expensive at $100. I’m researching on low cost alternatives. Keeping a fit body, especially good cardio is needed for these supplements to work. That’s just my experience.

If someone is working with a big corporation whose legal department is trying to make living longer more expensive by threatening lawsuits for specific use patents then I would not trust anything they said.
@lighthealerastrid14656 ай бұрын
@philstacy I completely agree with you. They appear to have given the rights for distribution to CodeAge, likely at considerable cost and rules as CodeAge is charging a similar rate. While I think it is important for researchers to recoup their costs, patenting use of a natural ingredient seems out of the Big Pharma playbook.

…drinking pomegranate juice is juice is just silly…most have 30 grams of sugar…and processing heats out almost everything…so nutritionally don’t expect any therapeutic benefit like mitophaghy or muscle endurance…1000mg per capsule morning and at bedtime will provide maximum benefit such as improved strength and endurance…
