Such a good and tangible explanation for setting up TDPT and understanding the interaction picture. (This video and the one previous to it.) I really appreciate these being open to the public. Thank you very much!

@3:52, the hilbert space for hamiltonian deltaH could be drastically different from that of H0, then how come we could write the psi tilda as linear combination of stationary states of H0 ?

Addition of operators is not defined in two seperate hilbert spaces. What you mean is that the two operators might commute but that doesn't mean that the eigenvectors of H0 do not span the hilbert space.
