30:45, could this imply that the wavefunction of quantum mechanics exists because the universe is a linear time-invariant system?!

Bruh universe is not a LTI system, it doesn't fall under that characterisation, and all that is no way in related to quantum mechanics, both are different field of study and maybe related but not like this, and not all wave functions are Eigen functions, the operators can be Eigen operators but they are different from LTI systems
