Biology is a subject which need visualization for learning. Great Video😄👍👍 Had to add one more thing in the video..In plants the cytokinesis occurs through different mechanism in which the cell plate forms in between to cells....and all that...I am not writing full process...Coz I have my studies... This sure helped me, but what I don't get is that why is there a prometaphase? From what I was taught, it goes like this: interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase & cytokinesis (IPMAT).

Technically, you can think of Prometaphase as an amalgation of Late Prophase (dissolution of the nuclear membrane) and Early Metaphase (formation of the spindle).
