Wow the Solar panels on the roof sounds like an Awesome project. Even having a Solar panels charging unit set up at home , being a 16kwh electric car should be an advantage being a smaller unit to charge . The other interesting things with these cars is that Mitsubishi in Japan had a Power Box that plugged into the cars fast charge socket which let's you use the I-MIEV as an emergency power source for your home in a black out.

Yeah, the early models need a bit more Aero help, but still love driving this car!
