I'm having a hard time getting the Kumo cloud to connect to my router. I'm connecting to a 2.4GHz. I keep getting not connected to Kumocloud.

REFRESH and try again. I have noticed that sometimes it stays in the loading screen. I back out and when I go back into the system setup, it shows up.
