Hi recently got onto your channel as I’ve got myself a K74 single cab, liking your vids btw and now I’ve got to replace my front discs and other bits I’ve seen you do… thanks 😊 Just a question to see if you might be able to point me in the right direction? I know it's not in anyway related to this subject so sorry about that. My glow plug circuit is playing up and I’m struggling to pinpoint the issue, I’ve replaced the following Glow Plugs Glow plug Relay Coolant Temperature Sensor The 80amp fuse that feeds the GP relay I’ve cleaned off the GP busbar too, even if I didn’t have to do any of this it’s still good to do for when I fix the issue. I’m not getting any voltage to the coolant sensor which leads me to suspect that there’s an issue further up the line. I’ve found the main car ECU but there’s apparently supposed to be a separate GP ECU but for the life of me I can’t find it. The question is, do you happen to know where this should be located? Phil

Sorry - experts we are not close :( -- I suspect you know more than us (no compliment as we have set the bar so low🤣 I find the Facebook L200 owners and UK owners groups quite helpful - there are a couple of blokes on there who know all L200's inside out - issue with forums is you always get crap answers as well ! - all I could find that might help is this www.pocuk.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=131553 (my only vague guess is grounding, worth a check as well) best of luck 🤞🏼

@@DrivenMadShow Thanks for the info and don't do yourselves down, you're doing a cracking job and it's a really interesting channel. So I think I may have tracked the issue down now, my truck has an ECU and looking at the circuit diagrams and doing a continuity test on the wire from the ECU to the coolant temp sensor turns up that it's not broken however there's also no current being put on this wire so I think the ECU needs a look at (fortunately there's an ECU test place near where I live). wish me luck :)

How did you turn the throttle? My new seals they leak oil :( Useing silicone ?

@@DrivenMadShow The element behind the intercooler to which the intercooler hose is screwed. There are two seals there and everyone is leaking, but yours is very dry. How did you install it? (Air intake fitting and throttle body asembly above intake manifold)

@@kubaaa5773 I understand. Actually in the video it looks dry but in reality it’s leaking oil too. Iam waiting on 2 new metal gaskets from Mitsubishi as they are very difficult to order online. I tried cleaning the surfaces and reusing the old gaskets but it made no difference. When I get the gaskets I will make a video. Sorry iam not much help at the moment but thanks for the comment 👍

Plus might be worth trying a small amount of sealant, you may have a slight warp there (www.amazon.com/Permatex-85420-Permashield-Resistant-Dressing/dp/B007VIGCJW?th=1)
