I replaced mine a few weeks ago but used a OAT coolant with no phosphates, should i do it again with P-oat coolant?

I wouldn't bother. It's a right rabbit warren when looking into the coolant specs. It's worse than engine oil! At the end of the day, nearly all engines and coolant systems have the same aluminium, steel and rubber in the systems, so why all the complexity with coolant specs?
