I’m pretty sure she’s referring to Monophanie, because they were talking about kids loving dirty jokes. She sees the Monokubs as children, especially Monotaro, who she sees as her own kid. Kotoko doesn’t like dirty jokes, so I don’t think her saying that they love them would fit with referencing her. Monophanie makes a LOT of dirty jokes in Danganronpa V3, and Miu doesn’t know Kotoko personally. By the way, this is in no way trying to be rude or hateful, I personally adore and HEAVILY relate to Miu, but I respect everyone’s opinions on her.
