use fresh vegetables
soak the vegetables in this water for half an hour. add little white vinegar and 1 tsp baking soda

cut the carrot in small pieces

remove veins from sam ki phali
sterilize the glass bowl for ten minutes
now put the mix of equal weight turmric and salt (1.5 kg vegetables=8 tbs mix)
use rock salt (lahori namak)

strain the water, leave the vegetables in the strainer for 1 hour.
leave for 1 hour on kitchen towel or clean cotton cloth.

50 grm rock salt
65 grm mustard seeds
40 grm cumin seeds
25 grm turmric
25 grm black seeds
25 grm fenugreek seeds
65 grms red chili flacks
