Mixed Conditional 2 ( condition part = past simple; result part = would have + past participle) 1: If I trusted him I would have hired him for the job . Mixed Conditional 1 ( condition part = past simple; result part = would + present simple） 2: If he took care of himself he would not be sick right now. 1st Conditional ( condition part = present simple; result part = would have + future simple) 3: If I am going on a business trip next week I will not accept a new assignment at work.

In 12:09, why the verb that was used is 'wasn't' and not weren't ? The subject is 'I' right? So it means the verb has to be plural

Yes, the subjunctive works. In spoken English - and sometimes when written as well - people may not follow this rule. I was trying to mix up the examples. 👍
