Man, this is the first dna reveal that I have wanted to get up and shout and give a praise to the Most High. And this is due to the brother in the background speaking true knowledge and schooling you all on the real history. What makes all of this so weird concerning dna and our history is that most natives deny the fact the original indigenous americans were black. I took my test - according to family history, we’re Italian, Sicilian, French Canadian, and Polish - broken down, we have a bit of Great Britain, Ireland, Africa, the Middle East, Spain and Portugal, Eastern Europe, French and German, and the Balkan Peninsula! Looking at the history of the countries we knew our ancestors came from, it all adds up and seems (in retrospect) like it should’ve been obvious, but it’s incredible to be able to look at it all written down like that! So so cool! Also: I love how your mom is hugging a pillow on her lap - my mom and I always sit like that lol it’s so cozy! If you upload your raw data to Gedmatch, you can't get a more detailed breakdown and possibly find more relatives (if you're looking to find relatives). You are also able to upload your data to myheritage and let it run your dna in their algorithms. You might find more detailed breakdown for the european parts. I did Ancestry and it was very detailed on european sections. I uploaded my data to myheritage and it was more vague for european breakdown. Gedmatch was helpful for me, though. :)

Mexican is like black in that it is non specific with regards to race. You can have a wide variety of mixture of DNA (as long as there is some amount of African) and still define yourself as black. The difference is Mexican tells you specifically where someone comes from where as Black does not. There is no place called black. But there is a Mexico.
