My favorite kind of trapping! Working in an area and just looking for animal signs. Setting for whatever type of animal sign seen.

Another great video thanks for sharing can I ask a question when trapping along a highway do you need permission from the state or the land owner and one more question if you don't mind what do you think is best info on trap tags ive always put name address but some guys say put cid# or license #

Never hurts to have permission from any or all that you can. I am working for this city to control the beaver within it. I like that there are options for tags. I run my name, CID, and phone number on mine.

Your quality of fur really sucks down south doesn’t it? It would be very difficult for me to spend time trapping .

How much time do you spend catching your above quality fur?
@charlesharrison669115 күн бұрын
I trap 5 months straight 7 days a week 10-12 hour days. I avg 200 beaver a season, 75 coon, 35 opossum, 120 muskrats, 10 bob cats but only can keep 1, 20 coyotes. Your trapping laws are a lot easier vs Michigan. I trap the northern part of Michigan. I sell a lot of whole animals taxidermy skinned to southern taxidermist because they fine gave prime fur down there. Love your content. Wish I could get away with half the stuff your allowed to do especially with snares and conibears on dry land

Seems you have the good fur and I am lucky enough to have the laxed laws. We must work with what we have I guess or just not do it. I choose to do it.
