They are really nice to work with I am enjoying using them so much & haven’t had any problems so far. You can get them on eBay, Amazon & I’m guessing other online places like Etsy ect.

Karen, I'm watching this video at 11 at night and I thank you so much for saying, if your picture doesn't look the same as the artist's picture, don't beat yourself up. I've been beating myself up terribly because I can't draw eyes or hair ... and sometimes the nose and the mouth. In other words I can't do it face very well! Lol. Thanks Brandy!!! If you are super new to drawing faces and want a gentle start, I'd go for the How to Draw Fun, Fab Faces book. If you'd like a resource to last as you develop your drawing skills further then How to Draw and Find your Style is the book for you! I hope that helps!!

Love her eyes. I have conflicted feelings about working on mixed media paper. The sizing throws me off sometimes because it's makes the surface more resistant to techniques I like to use on watercolor paper which I use more frequently. Great save with the hair. I did like the first version too. XOXO

Yeah I honestly don't prefer it at all!!! I literally just grabbed whatever pad was closest to me! (to be honest I have no idea where or why I have the one I used!!! I think I just have mounds of stuff everywhere at this point! lol!)

Now you don’t use copics, dylusions sprays, and the spectrum noir pens fade terribly! Fun to look back and see how our style, techniques and supplies change over time.

Oh I so do still very much use alcohol markers!!! But never with mixed media. They need to be babied a bit so I use them solo! Or just coupled with pen or colored pencils! Dylusion sprays tho??? Yes, I legit threw those bad boys right out!! Lol!

Karen Campbell MIXED MEDIA I use dylusions sprays in my art journals and I don’t seal pages like you do with modpodge or Americana spray. Years later, still look great. In a journal that is closed and not in sunlight they are still vibrant and happy. I tossed my Spectrum Noir markers! LOL and hate copics! Should have sent you mine! LOL
