The TVA exists outside of space and time, there are no “other TVA’s” there’s just the one. When she killed He Who Remains, Kang would’ve immediately begun existing, and since she technically sent him to a fixed point in time, that means Kang would’ve already existed. 2 things mayne: 1. Underated sound track, when lokis walking the tv's corridor near the end and especially when his variants find him. 2. They answer everyone's constant questions... Ie: on lamentia "Omg how long do they have?!" ... We have 12 hours until impact! Etc etc
