Love this! Thank you Sam. What a fun card & not just for Christmas, be great for a kiddy who was ill, so they could play, would stop the boredom & take there mind off there illness for a while. Also when you where placing the ribbon, it reminded me of plating my girls hair.🥰

My sister had a wooden toy like this when we were kids and we both were so fascinated by it & loved playing with it so much. She got it at some party & I wanted one of my own badly/was so jealous of her. I'm so excited now to be able to make one as a card cuz I LOVE papercrafts to bits,... so many many thanks for showcasing it!! Again, you're fantastic demonstrator! - tips & advice throughout ~ I'm so glad I found you!

Wow, I have no idea how that works but it is fantastic! Can't wait to make it and show it to family and friends. It reminds me of another card that I make ( hidden panel card ) that I can not explain how it works, I just follow the instructions. Mind you, no one else has figured it out yet either. lol

I will have to check out a Hidden Panel Card as I've not heard of that. Glad you like this one, it still baffles me how it works and I've made it lol. x

OVER THE MOON !!! This is FANTASTIC !! I was looking for something new to do for our Hallowe'en. This is PERFECT !! I assume you could cut it in half and make 6 of each with 20 " ribbon lengths ?? This is so clear !

Okay so I've finished my ladder and I need to point out three things: 1. I needed more than 40", more like 50-54". 2. The ribbon needs to be "bad side" up when you first glue it on. 3. Unless someone can figure this one out - which I didn't - you really need to use two solid colors to start with(no patterned paper). I used 2 solid colors as a base and 4 patterned paper over it. Well, it turned out that the middle consists of 2 pairs of the same same patterned paper that follow each other with a different solid color; the other side is perfect. Other than that, it looks good. I'll try to hide 2 of those PP as much as possible... PS Do your hashtags work in Pinterest?

This was darn frustrating switching from square to rectangle and chipboard but you didn't use it. I just wasted a bunch of supplies :( I do not like the learning curve on this one.

Ok now that I did one all the wrong ways, I think I will attempt it again :)
