A way to get 2 ashen wind skulls super quick is to put a ashen wind skull in a sunken treasury mermaid statue and dive to another ashen wind raid then just retrieve your previous one

This works with burying loot on occasion too, it does seem inconsistent and you will lose your treasure map but I have been able to dig treasure up after diving to another server

the order of souls skelly fort raid voyage is really good too, on top of the 8 skulls and 1 10k special reward, you also get the 3 skulls from the 3 fort bosses and a guaranteed ashen key and chest every time. You can do like 2-3 an hour solo, 70-90k gold at tier 5 emissary each and they aren't that hard as long as u keep an eye on the horizon

Small note too: ashen items are USUALLY (I still need to check every item) are worth more than their normal counterpart. An ashen kings chest is worth about 1.22x more than a normal kings chest.

You can essentially do this w any emmisarry as long as you have the right voyages unlocked. You cant hunt for a skelly lord in anything other than OrderOS but could just as easily do a skelly fort w the ashen winds skull. I do like doing both treasuries up north for an almost gauranteed profit because hardly anyone goes up there

i usually spam the raid forts. it doesnt give u much, but it helps u level up the emissary and u do themquite fast. u have to do around 2-4 forts, u go sell, and then u dive to another one until youre emissary 5. and u can do whatever from that point on. Works for every emissary. (not sure about reaper)

I’ve been grinding OOS for a while and Ashen Winds isn’t really something I would have considered for this The method I have found is to dive to the Treasury. Getting all the loot there gets you to grade 4 emissary and you can also grab a few tridents to help with skeles. I then go to a skele lord boss fight into a 2nd one too, while looking for bottles Sell at grade 5 then use Shores of Gold tall tale to get to devils roar for ashen OOS emissary voyage

Tip for shipwrecks if they have a section of the ship sticking out the water they're much higher rarity and will always drop better loot i.e kings chests and ashen kings skulls

To make killing the ashen Lord a lot faster I would use throwing knives as on every island the ashen lords spawn on there is always a ammo crate and the throwing knives do the same damage as a sword lunge (60 damage)

With a captained ship you gain access to the sovereigns which you can harpoon loot from your ship, the front of the ship is a good spot for loot if you want to quickly harpoon it off and sell

(after you get an ashen winds skull, if u want one) Start at Sanctuary > Lone Cove > Cannon > Smugglers > Sailors > Crescent and it usually will either loop to Plunder Valley or Wanderers. If it does Wanderers, you're golden as it restarts the route.
