Why I cannot sample the gradient and paint it out?

1. Make sure " Load Solid colors Only" is Unchecked And for safety or trial purpose 1. Make sure Flow is 100% 2. Make sure " Sample all layers" is checked. 3. Turn off the visibility of all the other layers except the gradient layer that you want to sample.
