Do you know why Yankee candle stores have little cups of coffee? If you smell coffee beans after smelling a candle, it will act like a pallet cleanser allowing you to smell other candles. That might be why it got so hard for you to smell each subsequent candle. I would recommend smelling some coffee beans after each candle to see if your ranking changed.

When my father passed away 8½ years ago, he left behind a truck. He was, regrettably, a heavy smoker (related fact, I'm sure you may have guessed). The truck reeked of cigarettes. One of the things that was recommended was to leave a cup of coffee grounds open in the cabin. Unfortunately it didn't help, it just made the truck smell like an old-fashioned truck stop diner.

Fun science fact: metal doesn't actually smell: the scent is created when the metal reacts with the oils from your skin. It's some complicated chemical that I don't remember. NileRed has a great video about, and he tried applying that chemical to other, non-metal objects. (That's where I learned that fact, since I'm no chemist myself.)

I have a jasmine plant that blooms right outside my window in early spring and it smells SOOO good! I wish it would bloom all year but it just blooms for maybe a week and that's it for the rest of the year. The plant is all over the place out there and incredibly happy, plus it's also been in different environments since I initially planted it in a pot on my apartment patio, which had very different lighting to under my window now, and it's only ever bloomed for about a week. It's a nice week though!

Black is actually a very dark green. That’s why the black looks greenish. How to prove it is watering out an acrylic paint. *Some of them* will look green.

Yes, that one was green...but theirs is also brown, red... back in the day if we wrote on or black notebooks with a black pen the mark showed up red. LOL and if you’ve ever git ant bleach on black items you get to see which black it is...
