They are not that different. Girls Generation I Got A Boy, Stray Kids Maze of Memories, TVXQ Rising Sun and Aespa Next Level also changed genres in the song. Loona, EXO, BTS, Ateez and Aespa also has a lore. Mamamoo, Btob, Red Velvet and Shinee also are vocal based groups. Let us not forget how much O.O copied from other groups like Loona, Aespa and Ateez.

As a NMIXX lore lover from their debut until now, I really think that's exactly the kind of video I would have loved to make myself to try to present it to everyone! I was actually readying myself to comment about one aspect or another that you would have missed, or something that you could have totally misinterpreted but it never happened and it ended up being a very coherent and representative essay on what NMIXX's lore is so far, which I'm very grateful for :) You obviously took great care to document yourself with the appropriate videos and other lore documents (like the "Come Here, Oddball" booklet, for exemple, which is a true gem). I would encourage people not to skip over this video's description, as the Glossary in it not only covers lore terms, but also contains several links to other official Lore-related NMIXX videos. Excellent work, thank you! And have a great day!! :)

Thank you so much for this. I’ve been a hardcore fan of NMIXX for almost two years now and I had not a lick of knowledge on the lore until today. As you would expect saying that this video has given me a new appreciation for nmixx, their concept and discography, and o.o specifically would be an understatement. Thank you for exerting the time and effort put into this video that I obviously could not find in myself for the past 22 months lmao

The quiet instrumental in the beginning of the vid is the intro instrumental for O.O but I wish they kept it in that key for the song because it sounds so much more haunting

03:24 Not me thinking this entire time that "ad mare" was a portmanteau of "advertisement" and "nightmare" due to the horrible Coke Zero product placement in "O.O" 😂

I thought it was exactly that as well 😭 I guessed gross advertising or a commentary on capitalism was a part of their concept (given the donut shop too) until I learned that it was Latin lol

Choujimi i have a theory for you. (ik its not nmixx related) but in the story film in nmixx Stick out ( two girls who keep memories ) and in the video kyujin is crying and sullywoon is watching kyujin cry i think kyujin is turning to a bad person (monopole's side) bc in her hand theres green its like spreading in to kyujin and green in nmixx lore it symbolizes monopole ;-;
