Preachers new these men and you had to travel to see them back in the day. There were tape recordings and later TV. TV changed the game. What I’m talking about is the way networking was done back then. TV and recordings meant that you could see those preachers in your home or go to area revivals. So as I remember the traveling was different. So this might be the reason for limited reach if you weren’t in the circles.

For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods. Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. Jesus Is the only way. Lord of Lord's and King of Kings.
