Hi Judy, The method for storing these green juices ( called HPP) is not that good. They use this method to preserve those juices more than 3 days, but they lose their nutrients. The green juices already prepared are useless in my opinion. You should look at information on this preservation method. Just wanted to share! Love you !

Agree totally. Any juice that is preprepared and stored in clear containers.....you may as well be drinking lemonade. There’s no nutrients left - vitamins and minerals are oxygen and light soluble - all that will be left by the time you buy it off a shelf is the fructose. Didn’t Benji used to make fresh green juice every morning?

Yes, the bottled green juices are terrible for you especially Suja. The sugar content is extremely high. Making your own green juice is the best thing you can do.

I shop at Walmart a lot so I’ve seen the Yakult. My local Asian market doesn’t even sell Yakult so I get them from Walmart. We also don’t have local grocery stores here. Just major shopping stores so it’s the only places we go to for food. Even Costco are carrying Asian products.
