Listen to me very carefully friend. I lost my father many years ago and lost what I thought as a family after that. I spent years alone to honor him, to become something he wanted me to be befofe he died. I achieved many things in life but I stopped feeling, living. I isolated myself so I can never get hurt. I sacrified my happiness in return. I am so sorry for your loss, I know it's not easy, even not much now, but it gets easier. Only thing you see when you look back is pain and isolation, loneliness. Don't do what I have done. I had no one to support or mentor me, I only had myself and character I created for the outside world. Although that persona achieved many things and was strong, he was also in pain. I"ll always carry that deep sadness and regret of the past, but you can do better. Although you are hurt today, never give up on your happiness like I did. I never counted on being happy, do not follow my path, you still have a chance and a good future ahead of you. Stay strong, you father would have wanted you to be happy and yes, you deserve to be happy. You realize it after years spent in darkness, as you get older. I could not help my younger self but I need you to know that.

Loneliness is my honest choice of living. Being someone who has social anxiety has taught me what it’s like to be lonely, and it’s not as sad and boring as most people would think, you get to appreciate the world without distractions you can do what you want without the other person disagreeing and not liking it. Being alone is calm and peaceful. It feels great that I can spend my time thinking about nothing and not bothered about anything. Simple action of breathing is enough to make me satisfied. Breathing and just lying there thinking about nothing mellows my heart. It feels like your heart is shrinking and blissful cold embracing your heart. Then it slowly spread throughout your body and relaxing every muscle in your body. It felt so addictive. Time when by so fast. I felt happy when I'm alone because I can just breathe and lay there in the middle of my bed. I was so addicted to the feelings to the point I reject every offers to go out unconciously. Now I tried to balance things out. But yeah, I agree, loneliness is addicting when you can find the solace in it.

The way of the warrior and it’s ambition has a great toll on one’s humanity. In one moment you are surrounded by fame and praise when you win, but when you lose; only those that truly care for you stay with you in the locker room while you cry. Only those that care for you stay with you when you get beat up in training. But no one can come with you once you do fight, in the field, in the street, in the ring, or in your mind. Being alone on the other hand prevents you from getting distracted, but it also.. sadly It also prevents you from the things you should have attended to. Like love, or actually being a human being.

I have been pretty lonely all my life. I've never had many friends in school, never really been normal, never really been that big online (i only started commenting on videos a couple years ago despite watching youtube for over a decade). My friends have generally been between 2-5, enough to count on one hand. Sometimes I feel okay with this fact, other times it really tears me up inside. I think deep down I am deeply introverted. I like the idea of making and having friends but going out and making that effort I have found to be increasingly tiring and disappointing. I don't mind my own company too much, but it would be nice if somebody came said hi from time to time. Idk. I worry this life is making me bitter about my lack of friends, and that I may be aging faster mentally than I am physically. I feel tired of things already, feel exhausted from life and I feel like what little life I have lived is about all I'll ever amount to being. I kinda thought being an adult would be cooler, but it's really just tiring. I wanna just sleep, or chill out, laze about. I dont wanna do university stuff, not really. Idk.
