Yeah without the scream of pure rage is just not the same. Bayle is literally one of those bosses that you must summon the character associated with them. Not because you can't beat him alone, but because Igon is too unique not to summon.

​@JDario13 because there is a talisman removing all sound you make making you pretty much invisible while crouching away from them there is a spell making you almost invisible and assasins gambit hiding you even more the assasins build does not work on every enemie i think but it works for malenia and bayle

Gameplay vs Lore Sure you could probably write up some essay on how the Tarnished has had combat experience before being called back by Grace to the lands between or that the power to harness runes has given them insane innate potential. But its really just because no one wants to play a game where you need to spend years learning how to cast a new type of incantation spells or train for months to properly use a glaive. Its like how in Skyrim you learn magic by just clicking an item in your inventory, where said item happens to be an entire whole ass magic tome meant for ONE spell

@@Caleb-zl4wk Who cares about “balance” when it comes to PvP? Honestly, I don’t get Fromsoft fans. If you think a weapon or spell is OP, simply don’t use it. No one is forcing you to use a tool that you think makes the game too easy. I, for one, frankly enjoy the feeling of being OP. Being able to run up to the boss and smack them into oblivion is far more fun than getting killed a dozen times over by the same boss.
