I get why they changed their plans to push this out before the flip, but it feels like a gutted project. It is PRETTY but the fact it had such anemic hardware, makes even the inclusion of a thumb stick such a confusing choice. It just doesn’t seem to also be something to encourage mainline custom os teams to even be incentivized to develop for as it’s performance ceiling is just too low.

@@RGhandhelds I will have to see when I get it in hand, I admit to having to add to my collection for looks alone and wanting to support the company, however I still am yet to be convinced. But then again, the company has been dropping bangers, perhaps I am just being too harsh comparing it side by side to them. However the price differential isn't exactly vast enough on paper to account for the differences.

I will never purchase a Miyoo product again. Turned on my VERY LIGHTLY USED 2-MONTH-OLD Mini and half the screen went dark.

Im so sorry that this happened to you fam. Miyoo is universally understood for quality. Although that doesnt mean much telling this to a 1 out of a 1000 person :c I hope you dont have any issues like this in the future

@@Praisestothemosthigh369 actually that does sound like an SD card issue.... try booting your Miyoo without it....if it boots up to the main menu it's officially your SD card, remember they always use very cheap crappy SD cards

That stock PSX performance is sad. Even the Miyoo Mini Plus runs better than that. What a downgrade

I think it's because they have a frequency limitation in the settings. If you bump it up it performs much better. Not sure why this setting is there
