Everyone likes to hate on this device.. But honestly, with Onion or a competent custom OS, this thing would be pretty great. I have one and love the form factor and pocketability, plus RTC! It's not super premium feeling, but that makes me want to carry it at all times!

As I've said, I really like this device as it reminds me of the old era, but I don't understand how to put so bad triggers and volume buttons in such a nice device 😉 this what I like even it is a small device we've got a joystick 🕹

I have this and the 28xx, and the buttons on this put the Anbernic to shame with its rattle. I feel this is a better build quality, and yet not so premium, making it an easy choice to carry around with you wherever you go, just as you said. I don't even touch the 28xx now, the a30 just feels more complete for me.

Really hoping they revisit this design with a newer version that addresses the deal breakers. Would love to have a revision that's less toasty.
