Comencé apenas unos tres meses atrás, estaba acumulando tallas en mi cintura , empecé a hacer ejercicio sin decirle a mi esposo una mañana me dijo que estaba más delgada ahí me di cuenta que no eran ideas mías, mi cintura se redujo 8 centímetros y voy por más😄😄😄

@@marziabatoori8445 I used to do this 5 days a week. but it's been a while i've left this workout because i have joined jim and to be honest gym has effected me more then this workout. Because losing through this workout takes a lot of time. But when i started gym i lost 4 kg in one month. No strict diet ! and plus remember everybody body capacity is different and i am a teenager.
