I started my workout yesterday and completed it and today is my 2nd day i did it but at first i stopped at 25 min then continued after 2 min actually At first I was 72kg and now i am 58kg i just wanted to make it to 55kg and also lose my belly fat If i can do it you guyz also can dont give up yet

This is the first workout with you, absolutely brilliant. I am 49. I’ve worked out all my adult life weights running yoga now perimenopause and haven’t exercise for months due to muscle pains and stiffness. This was my first cardio workout. It’s got me sweating and it’s brilliant. Will definitely be doing it three times a week to get my fitness back up and then start on the weights again.
