Your belly workouts sweat me more than full body or cardio workouts but still I got for total body workout alternated with belly workout at least thirty minutes every day ! I have just completed my 162nd day of workout excluding 41 resting days in between and I am glad with my consistent I completed my 33 days of thirty minutes workout from November and 13 th day of thirty minutes workout this month definitely my abs are so toned and I am glad I wanna showy bikini bra panty picture flaunting my toned beautiful healthy slim proportionate body but I don't have a great background like i should be in a beach like Maldive or some beautiful swimming pool to flaunt such modern dresses in other countries like ireland Maldive newzealand like I hate these cupboards furniture indian diary dusky brown beaches not so photogenic beaches with not so photogenic weather here so hope I get lots of money soon to enjoy foreign beautiful clean modern moral luxurious safe comfortable beaches to enjoy life to please my senses also satisfy my aesthetic sense !
