Having been an entrepreneur for a long time previous, UX became a path for me specifically for the things you mentioned here. I've been around web design since flaming logos were 'awesome' and you always have to have your sights on the horizon while doing work to a high standard. Good stuff, man.

I appreciate the encouragement. UX design is opening up a lot of prospects for career growth which makes it an exciting field to be in (except for company culture). But I was hoping especially as an aspiring junior designer, to whether the current job market is going to improve for us. Many of us in the industry struggle to break into the field right now, and I see a lot of people quit UX due to unemployment. What's your take on this?
