@@G.F.SF55 Yeah, that’s exactly what I do in my Playthroughs, his dad is still alive to help the city re-stabilize itself after the absolute; And Wyll goes to Avernus with Karlach to help her find a cure and Kill Mizora, Devils are fickle and unless there’s a contract she has no power over Wyll; especially when already killing a more powerful devil (Raphael) alongside countless other evils. Mizora would stand no chance despite all the shit talking she does.

⁠@@B1izzardHawk Mizora can think she’s as clever as she likes, Doesn’t change the fact that we killed a devil 10 times more powerful than her; coupled with Wyll in the epilogue literally saying with the forge he & karlach found he can reverse engineer his fake eye (seeing stone) to see where mizora is rather than her using it to constantly watch over him. Mizora really isn’t special at all Lmao and she has no better plot armour than Raphael and her Hitpoints are a fraction of that. She can try to stay away as much as she wants it doesn’t change the fact that Wyll, karlach & my character are hunting her, she can’t run nor hide indefinitely and with a reverse engineered seeing stone she won’t be able to do any of those for long anyway, Mizora isn’t invincible and she surely isn’t smart; cunning, cruel, arrogant & condescending sure but she’s fucked in the scenario where the players are hunting her. Her only options are to vacate to another Hell or actually face it, either way it results in her annihilation or severe embarrassment/demotion in the Hells hierarchy; Options that are both equally distasteful to a fiend

@@B1izzardHawk Nah mizora is about as clever as a vegetable, if you go with blade of Avernus wyll literally has a way of turning his stone eye (seeing stone) against mizora to track her and find where she is; mizora isn’t jack compared to Raphael & he was dropped easily, what makes you think mizora would be any different; either she escapes to another hell for refuge where she’d be embarrassed/demoted or she can face the inevitable outcome of f’ing around & finding out. Mizora is not clever😂 and she’s not out of Wylls reach either, especially if he has the means to track her wherever she goes

Weird enough the epilogue doesn’t show her actually ever abusing this. You’d think she’d use him to further her goals, but Wyll just states she simply hangs around him and goes to meetings to charm people to agree with whatever wyll wants.

His contract with Mizora is pretty concrete though. He only has to fight the “bad guys” so to speak. He can’t kill his own innocent people, only those who are soulless, devils and such. So either way not much she can do politically.

Don't be naive. If it wasn't Mizora it would be someone or something else holding the leash. At least with Mizora you know who it is and in the end she's quite reasonable for a Half-Fiend. The truth is if Wyll knew how to broker a decent contract he wouldn't be in that mess.

There was zero time to broker anything, Wyll was fucked no matter who he dealed with because it was either make the deal or the entire city burned to ash, and mizora is one of the worst, she works directly for an archdevil who's only care is the blood war, the fact you think mizora is a decent patron is ridiculous, her entire goal is to own the gate via a proxy puppet. Plus who knows what other shits in that contract we don't know, we only see very specific parts and with a little context clues there's atleast 13 clauses WITH sub sections A-Z EACH, it's a shit deal no matter which way you look at it, and devils aren't known to be nice, any patron would give him a shit deal

It actually oisses me off how much plot armor Mizora has. Unless you want to condemn Wyll to eternal damnation there is literally nothing you can do to even mildly inconvenience her because at any point in time she can simply make a promise that we cant bind her to at all and then she oh so predictably quotes any piece of the Pact that the writers want to come up with on the spot so that no matter what Wyll is not free. This line of hers about them being bound eternally is directly showing shes allowed to lie about the Pact because in Act 2 when rescued after bargaining for her rescue to be Wylls freedom she says some shit about even when both partys agree to a term for which releasing Wyll from the pact is the reward it still has to pend for 6 months. I get she's a Devil and they always have the upperhand but we can kill Raphael for gods sake a far more powerful devil who is practically a male Mizora with how similar they are in what they do.

If you want empathetic argument for killing Karlach, there: Karlach is written as sentient. She understands that as a video game character all of her suffering is there for player's entertainment. If you don't agree, it's fine. But for me, after seeing that creepy 4th wall breaking scene, this choice became way too easy.

You have to kill Duke Ravengaurd, then have her resurrect him. I killed him and Gortash during the ceremony. I’m unsure if it works killing him once you reach the city. But Mizora waits at the city entrance after you kill him. You can’t miss her.
