I am currently running in Novablast 4, I love the bouncy FFBlastplus foam in it.. is Neo Vista similar feeling?

How do these feel compared to the Nike ZoomX Invincible? I have the first version, and I love the fit and the bounce and don't find them unstable. But they are a bit too bulky for speed work.

I did some 2 min max effort runs x3 and some 400 meter repeats in them and they were fantastic.

Thanks for this stimulating and well-documented review. How would you compare the Neo Vista with A/ the MizunoWave Rebellion Flash 3 (which I own and use once or twice a week for tempo workouts), B/ other popular daily trainers such as the Asics superblast and novablast. Really like it but not a fan of the midnight blue clour chart ; found the earlier black plus stripes one of the prototype much more attractive.

I don’t believe there is a Wave Rebellion Flash 3 yet, I never tried the 2, but loved the original Flash.

I also own the Wave Rebellion Flash 1 version: a very efficient shoe that shows its best at relatively high pace, though really not of the bouncy type like the Neo Vista, hence my concern about the Wave Rebellion Flash 2...

How many miles on these shoes? Looks like the sole showing some wear already. What are your thoughts on the durability vs the wave rider?

Around 20. The outsole does not have the normal x10 on it, it’s more of an exposed Enerzy foam. I can’t speak to the long term durability yet. Will update date on that after 50 or 100. Wave rider is a completely different shoe and one I also really like. …the wave Sky is my favorite…both great shoes. I have reviews on both.

This is a neutral running shoe.. not a lot in the way of stability, but it is in Mizuno shoes so it’s not very squishy on the medial side..

I don't find them narrow at all, they have give to them to form to the foot.
