I'm an electrician working at large construction sites. Literally anyone can just drive in to the construction lot, park there and walk around the site without anyone batting an eye. Especially if you're wearing either work clothes or a hi-vis vest, everyone there will assume you're just another worker from a different company. Even on camera, they don't care. As long as you don't take someone's tools you can do whatever you want. You can spent an hour just walking around the site taking pictures of things and then drive away without anyone noticing something. I was even required to bypass locked doors multiple times and no one asked me why. it's how many bad famous people got popular. with confidence you can reach space.
