As a black guy(Yeah i have to mention this shit now)I think that her observation of his eyes and assumption was reasonable and Mj's response was unprofessional.Her reaction later on in the episode was greatly improved. Whites have a significantly higher rate of being born with a different eye color.And it's very uncommon among blacks.So her making the assumption of him maybe having a white relative is not that far fetched. Some may say that she isn't in any position to question the subject but assumptions are a part of nature and life.
