what is the difference between. Do you / are you sir? Which place. Are used?

There should be a verb after "Do you......" Do is only a "helping verb" Example: Do you want ice cream? Here "want" is a verb. "Are" is verb. So you can ask "Are you coming?" Come + ing. It can not be "Are you come" or "Are you want ice cream?"

(let = allow) Unless you stop feeling shy of speaking English, you will never be able to speak (Unless = If you don't) You must get the company of English speaking people to gain fluency in English ( get = to receive; obtain) The educational institutions, your workplace and your surroundings are only place you can practice your spoken English. Where else? (There is no other place I can think of).

I don't know tongue twisting techniques. I think there are specialized teachers for this. Any way we all have this problem in the beginning. Why don't you read the English newspapers aloud in your room alone. You can also practice. You won't notice the difference for the first 6 months. But there will be lot of difference over a period of time. Don't worry this problem can be solved.
