Hi Sir,Really hats off to your great service. I would like to share my painful experience that happened few days back during my daily update call. I will have call daily for thirty minutes and give update to our manager in that call. As am fresher to this organization, I really got struck with the words and didnt able to convey my points correctly. Anyhow I tried by already taking notes before the call and managed to give updates. One day I tried to speak without any prior notes and that time I couldnt able to convey my points. My manager told me its better for you to speak in Tamil in that call itself. I really felt bad for that, because it was a team call and even after that call, my team members tried to console me like that was a big issue. That was more embarassing, from that incident I have been searching for communication developement videos. However I couldnt able to get any inspiration to speak english. But after watching your single video, I keep on watching the next videos. Really I am getting a positivity feel while watching your video. Such a genuine efforts sir. Much appreciatable. Thank you so much sir! Just wanted to share my thoughts. I dont know whether you can check my comment or not. But am feeling really good after sharing this all to you.
