Every week I take him to run his errands, doc appts, grocery store, etc. We walk into the bank and everyone yells 'hey Henry', however, the first thing the teller asks for is his ID🤷

This employee is excellent. Rather than go back-and-forth in an irrational conversation, she disengages from the conversation. I'm sure that what we didn't see was the excruciating start of this episode. I have no doubt that she was kind, courteous and professional right up until the point where the "customer" became abusive and uncooperative.
