When I was working with teenagers with behaviour issues......... my colleagues often used to ask me how I was able to listen calmly while they were ranting, screaming and cursing for up to half an hour until they wired down and then have a proper conversation. I am quite literally going through what this woman has been going through. The father of my children is now claiming sovereign citizenship and spouts many of the exact same rhetoric and it’s beyond maddening. The countless pages and claims he has filed with the courts of fraud and theft of both myself and the state for collecting child support and now that he’s been in contempt and refusing to pay and not showing up for hearings - I will be very curious to see what happens on the 10th when the judge has warned a bench warrant will be issued. It’s stressful, it’s maddening and absolute insanity that I do not understand at all! He says the SAME things about God not being respecter of persons and the commercial court as well as trafficking children and Gods law and healing himself with enlightenment. Like it’s so mind blowing to me and I thought maybe he just came up with some of this stuff out of insane dreams or something but I guess he used this man as a template to file his own written statements to the court! It hurts!

It means that God does not show partiality or favoritism the way mankind does. After 25 years, my children's father recently tried to get ahold of me because they're taking $27/mo from his SS check for back support. This is because he refused to pay the court-ordered $7.50/wk for 2 way back in the early 80s. The money goes directly into my son's checking account. I had absolutely nothing to do with it. I spend more than that in a week on peanuts for the chipmunks! (and well over $300/mo on my pets). Too bad, so sad. 😂 He did petition me to court for visitation in the late 80s, but failed to show.

This bs has spread to my country as well. My former son-in-law was one of these idiots. He represented himself during the child support/custody proceedings. His entire case seemed to hinge upon the fact that my daughter once fell asleep with beans cooking in the slow cooker and they burned. I wish we could access videos of the court proceedings. Aren't birth certificates standard issue when a child is born, and copies given to the parents? He's saying, in effect (or that's how I interpreted what he said), that she stole his semen to fertilize her eggs, so they would grow into his daughters. I doubt he got into any position where that would happen by accident or by being forced. Where these people get some of their ideas is incomprehensible to me.

I'm an attorney who worked for a year in the courts as a mediator. These guys fascinate me, and I made one observation in addition to all the other comments here. To a one, these guys can cite English common law and spew word salads but CANNOT keep a simple timeline. When the judge gives him the procedure and timelines to object, it was like kryptonite to the guy!
