Maybe it wasn't a skit. Germain was a pain. He was jealous of Michael and wanted to break out on his own. The other brothers thought it was laughable. Michael just wanted togetherness.

@@DJGary0910 I saw interviews with MJ and am not convinced it was a skit. If it was a skit, they were replaying real life. Germain did leave the group and returned because he made more money. He admitted that himself.

Jermaine's 1st tout with his brothers since 1975. It was great to see him performing his classics with his brothers playing and singing background like they did during The Jackson 5ive days. The skit was funny and cool. In fact The Jacksons did a similar skit during The Triumph tour with Michael wanting to perform the new songs
