Wish I had these two back in the day. So I copped the two retros this year, too bad that a towel (and brush) was not included. I think the 18s are underrated, but still one of my favorite retros, especially the OG colours. Great video!

I got mine back in 2004 for $75 and are my second favorite Jordan all time next to the Jordan 17 which NO ONE LIKES!! Idc what anyone thinks about what I love that's my opinion

Speaking from someone who kept the og until last month and recently lucked up and got the retro last Saturday i think they did a pretty decent job on the retro. I didn't take very good care of the og pair unfortunately, so i decided to throw them away. The one big difference i notice is the suede is slightly different and the bottom on the retro is a slight different color. The og bottom is slightly purple and the retro is all sport blue. Grear review by the way

That is because the age of the original the bottom turns purple and wearing them to but the original 18s are still wearable though 16s 17s are not unless you get a pair 16s that were worn a lot

Wow crazy price! I would cop in a heartbeat although I was a broke freshman college student when these dropped. All 3 OG colorways are ny grails, and hoping to get a pair at some point (the retros are super hard to get). Nice review and nice car!

@mjo23dan I still have a pair of DS original Jordan 18s....with everything intact (suede brush, towel, driving manual). I do have a pair I used to ball in as well. The sport blue portion on the used pair (midsole and outsole) turned super dark/ black. They felt great but yeah...not breathable at all! LOL!

@@mjo23dan Hahaha...trust me I understand. I got lucky. A friend of mine was overseas and he got two pairs for me, and I was able to save up and paid him when he got back. Just lucked out....some of the originals you have, I wished I owned but couldn't coz I couldn't afford it at the time as well....specifically the 3 original AJ XIs. I only was able to get the AJ XI low IE back in the day. LOL!!

The Jordan Royal XVIII Royal Blue that was released in Oct. ‘18 look like trash. I went to Footaction to purchase them and that suede look like it was put in a washer machine. The black suede was faded! Very disappointed and did not get them.
